JOUAV and its regional partner Systronics are launching a certified training program in Thailand to provide professionals with standardized instruction on fifth-generation vertical take-off and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles.
Scheduled to take place from June 23 to 26, 2026, the four-day curriculum will be hosted at the Pattaya Drone and Robotics Center in Chonburi Province. This facility serves as a dedicated hub for advanced robotics and drone education, allowing for immersive, scenario-based learning. The program is specifically designed to meet the rising demand for field-ready operators in sectors such as infrastructure inspection, surveying, mapping, and natural resource management.
The training structure is based on the JOUAV Standard Operating Procedure for VTOL systems, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical field application. Participants will undergo instruction covering the entire operational lifecycle, including flight operations, system maintenance, mission planning, and data processing workflows. The course is open to a broad range of specialists, including engineers, researchers, and forestry experts from both the public and private sectors.

Ren Bin, Founder, CEO & General Manager of JOUAV, said, “Consistent, in-country training is essential for ensuring that UAV technology delivers real operational value. Through our collaboration with Systronics, we can provide customers in Southeast Asia with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed in complex, real-world environments.”
By utilizing specialized infrastructure like the Pattaya Drone and Robotics Center, the partnership aims to build a complete support ecosystem that includes localized training and application guidance. This initiative reinforces the role of high-precision, long-endurance UAV platforms in industrial applications across Southeast Asia, ensuring that users can integrate these technologies effectively into their existing professional workflows.
