The single-crimp N-Type connectors from Amphenol RF are designed for field installation using a one-step ferrule crimp that eliminates separate contact crimping. Rated IP67 when mated, the connectors support RF performance up to 11 GHz, provide a minimum of 500 mating cycles and use a nickel-plated brass body with a gold-plated beryllium copper contact and PTFE insulator. The threaded coupling interface and integrated hex nut support secure connections in antennas, base stations and radar systems.
