Gremsy has signed a strategic partnership agreement with VYOM DRONES to establish authorized distribution and the first certified repair facility for its products in India.
The collaboration positions VYOM DRONES, a leading Indian UAV solutions provider, to offer enterprises rapid access to Gremsy’s gimbal and payload technology. By establishing a localized repair center, the partnership eliminates the requirement for overseas servicing, which is expected to reduce operational downtime and costs for drone operators in the region.
As part of the initial agreement, the companies have secured a large-scale commercial distribution deal, highlighted by a significant inaugural order of VIO G1 payloads. This move addresses the increasing demand for precision UAV components in Indian industrial sectors, including public safety, surveying, and commercial applications.
The authorization of the service facility is a central component of Gremsy’s support infrastructure strategy for the Asia-Pacific region. The facility is designed to provide localized technical expertise and maintain a dedicated inventory, ensuring deeper after-sales capabilities and operational continuity for customers.

The initiative serves as a pilot model for Gremsy as it looks to scale its technical networks across other strategic markets.
