TDK Corporation has announced the MAF0603GWY series, noise suppression filters measuring 0.6 mm × 0.3 mm × 0.3 mm for smartphones, tablets and wearable devices, with mass production scheduled for April 2026. The series uses a proprietary low-distortion ferrite material to suppress high-frequency noise from audio lines while minimizing changes to audio characteristics, with impedance up to 3220 Ω at 5 GHz and lower resistance than conventional chip bead approaches. Designed for Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, 5G Sub‑6 and emerging 6G-enabled devices, the filters help preserve receiver sensitivity and audio quality in space-constrained mobile products.
